I am married to my best friend, Matt, and together we have two incredible kids, Lola (9) and Lyon (12), as well as our fur baby, Koda. Matt and I have a fun story—we met during a snowstorm in Colorado, and in 2009, we decided to plant our roots back in Texas, where I’m originally from.
Even though we call Texas home, Colorado holds a special place in our hearts, and we love returning as often as we can. In my downtime, I enjoy reading, shopping, exploring new foods, working out, drinking all the coffee, and having impromptu dance parties in the kitchen with my family!
**Why Doula?**
In 2022, our world was turned upside down when our daughter was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. After 18 months of intensive treatment, she is now cancer-free and rang the bell in September 2024—a moment we’ll never forget. Along the way, I heard the term “lifequake,” and it perfectly describes what we experienced. This journey has given me a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper appreciation for life. I’m committed to making a meaningful impact, and being a doula isn’t just a profession—it’s a calling.
Hello! As a postpartum doula, fitness and wellness coach, I’m passionate about helping families navigate the beautiful and challenging transitions of parenthood with confidence and strength. With a focus on holistic support, I offer personalized care that nurtures both body and mind. From hands-on postpartum care to fitness and wellness coaching, I’m here to empower you through every phase of this journey. Whether you’re seeking emotional guidance, physical recovery, or a gentle hand through the early days, my mission is to ensure you feel strong, supported, and seen.
